ORDERS AND RETURN
We offer a plethora of products at Osmcart and you can order any number of products you wish. If you are not certain about how to order, then follow the steps given below:
Search for your products: You can either type in the search box for your products or you can find it in the appropriate category on the website. Also, some products are listed on the home page itself for the sake of your convenience.
Add the products to your cart: In case you are using a computer, this can be done by clicking on the cart symbol which you get when you simply place the mouse pointer on the product. Alternatively, you can also click on the products and access the specific product's page where you can find the 'ADD TO CART' option. In case you are using a smartphone, then you can consider the second option.
Place the order: Go to your cart by clicking on the option 'My Cart' on the top right of our website. Then select the option 'Proceed to checkout'. You'll be directed to a page where you are required to fill in the shipping address and select the mode of payment. After filling them all, select the option 'Place order'.
Upon the confirmation of your order, you'll be notified via text message.
Please note that it might take up to 2 to 5 hours for the products to be delivered. In the rare event when the delivery has delayed than the expected time, you could contact our customer service team and enquire about the same.
We do accept returns at OsmCart. However, there some conditions for it. They are listed below:
Fresh products like fruits, vegetables, meat and eggs should be returned within 1 hour after you receive the product.
Every other product should be returned within 24 hours after you receive it.
You can only return the items if it's unusable or damaged. We will inspect the condition of the products you returned before we sanction the refund. We, unfortunately, won't accept the return if you are responsible for the damage to the products. We also won't accept the return if we find out that the product is even slightly used.
You are required to contact our customer service team if you want to return the product. They'll give you guidance on how to return them.
If you intend to cancel your order, it should be done before we process the order. It normally takes 1 - 2 hours for processing. If you have chosen digital mode of payment, then the money will be credited to your respective account within 15 days.
You'll receive an email or text message when we receive the products you returned. We then carry out a rigorous inspection of the products and sanction or reject the refund accordingly. You'll be notified regarding the same.
In the case of digital payments like UPI, debit card, etc, the amount will be credited back to your account within 15 days. The duration may vary depending upon your bank. If you experience any delay after we have initiated the refund then you may contact the concerned authorities. For example, if you have used a debit card, then contact your bank.
In the case of cash on delivery, you can contact our customer team and they'll instruct on what to do to get the refund.
